This is the backyard, which is really a side yard. ;) It's been nice getting to know more plant culture. I've always seemed to kill things, so we will see. The grass isn't as happy as I'd like to see it though. The roses I'm not sure are doing well either. But, the rosemary looks good...as does the lavender.

I think you will do just fine as a backyard gardener! Probably the roses and the grass just need a little help--a little food maybe---like Miracle Grow!! It's a nice backyard and will thrive on the attention you give it.
